WHO WE ARE
RyvivyR is a commercial branch off of the computational neuroscience group CATNIP Lab at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown (Lisbon, Portugal) and Stony Brook University (Stony Brook, New York).
Ian is an applied mathematician and entrepreneur, who specializes in dynamical systems theory and its applications to correcting neurological disease. He is ultimately interested in developing consistent and readily available treatments for patients suffering from debilitating conditions
Memming is a professor of computational neuroscience at SBU and a group leader at the Champalimaud Foundation. His interests are centered around developing machine-learning methods to interpret and control neural activity in real-time — the basis for personalized neurostimulation therapies.
Josue is a computational neuroscientist, who specializes in Bayesian Inference, machine-learning, and signal processing of neural data. His interests lie in the development and extending of machine-learning algorithms, for the creation of closed-loop neural stimulation devices to treat various disorders.
